[SOLVED] IntelliCAD v13 don 't want to start - MSVCP140.dll is the problem

#1
This morning I can't start my IntelliCAD v13 because Nvidia driver was upgrading yesterday to v561.09
I re-started my computer windows 10 but always the same problem
I re-installed IntelliCAD v13 but always the same problem

Motherboard i9 + Nvidia GTX1080 Ti Graphiccard

EDIT; I return to v560.81 Nvidia release, restarted Windows 10 and reinstalled CMS_Icad_13.0x64_PEP_setup.exe but don't start !

For me it's the CMS_Icad_13.0x64_PEP_setup.exe the error !

Code: Select all

Process CmsIcad caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module MSVCP140.dll at 0033:40393020 (read from location 00000000).
Details: Icad Main Thread.
Build GUID:          05d95d6909ec92b7d4660c43fd5ba243
Version:             13.0.737.158051.PE+.VC17.x64.CMS130
Report type:         Crash report
Exception type:      0xc0000005
EDIT 2: I reinstalled IntelliCAD v12.1 and all is ok but desinstalled v13.0x64 PEP
EDIT 3: Then I reinstalled the last Nvidia driver and IntelliCAD v12.1 PEP work!
EDIT 4; I just made a sfc /scannow for Access violation with IntelliCAD v13 but no change: can't run v13 !

EDIT5: I reverted to the Nvidia driver v560.70 and reinstalled IntelliCAD v13 PEP and not PE+ as the first file of IntelliCAD v13 ;
But always the same fatal error:
Version: 13.0.737.158051.PE+.VC17.x64.CMS130
Process CmsIcad caused an Access Violation
in module MSVCP140.dll

SOLVED !
With the help of sln8458 I clean my system,
The sequence I use is:
Uninstall APP
run CCleaner
total shutdown of PC (NOT restart)
Leave for 1min (approx)
Restart PC
Run CCleaner again.
Now ready to install new APP.
===============================

BUT this problem was my fault because I identified the error; I tested to use my french.cui of IntelliCAd v12.1 with IntelliCAD v13.
SO the application crashed ! Don't make the same error as me !
