What is this strange glyph and how can I get rid of it?

#1
This weird circle with a dot and another line with a dot covers my readout all the time, how can I get rid of it? I can't search for it because I don't know what it's called. I couldn't even make a screenshot of it, it doesn't show up, the same way the cursor won't so I took a pic with my phone.

You're right, it is the osnaps, too bad they float them right over the most important part of the text. If I make the text bigger, it also make the command lines of text bigger and I lose a line or I have to stretch it up and lose more screen space, it's just bad design for a readout.
[Update]
I disabled Flyover Snapping and the white glyphs go away.
