When I open the CMS IntelliCAD PE+ 12.1 (and the new 13.0) and use (for the first time), the command insert to insert an old drawing or block, a pop-up window emerge telling me: Please wait for printer connection or cancel connection. Then, if you hit Cancel, nothing happens. You have to wait for a while. At least, it is just one time for every time I open CMS IntelliCAD.
