Re: Printing error: The parameter is incorrect

Hi Glen,

This error might be due to outdated printer drivers or incorrect print settings. Try updating your printer driver from the manufacturer's website and check that your print settings match the document and printer capabilities. If that doesn't work, reinstall the printer or try printing from a different application to see if the issue persists. You can also restart the Print Spooler service to clear any stuck print jobs. If these steps don't help, consult the printer's support site for more guidance.

I believe that visual styles have an impact on printing is the last time you successfully printed something you used a visual style to print with. For me it was an attempt to create a new hidden visual style. I was trying to print occluded (hidden) lines on the print. Couldn't do it, so when I deleted the custom visual style and attempted to print another document, BOOM. I'm guessing it was the Print Dialog did not perform a proper check when attempting to set a print property from the last successful print job and it threw up an exception at a different location in the code so it could not be handled correctly be setting the visual style to another one that can not be modified and/or removed...A fallback guy for when the desired property fails...

It sounds like there might be a compatibility issue between the drawingmoto x3m file format and the printer settings. Have you tried checking if the drawing file format is supported by your printer? Additionally, you could try updating the printer driver or checking the printer settings to ensure they match the requirements of the drawing file. If the issue persists, you may also want to try printing the drawing on a different printer to see if the error persists.
