It seems that has an issue when trying to get the Custom Drawing Properties by using the Lisp function vla-get-summaryInfo now.

You can use the .NET API instead.

FYI, the latest update of CMS IntelliCAD 11.0 Premium Edition Plus (PE+) version (Build no. 11.1.395.143696) fixed this issue.
