Turbo.Net error when launching CMS IntelliCAD

I am trying to launch CMS IntelliCAD 10.1 Premium Edition x64. I get this message:

TURBO.NET
Error: Could not find device key for subscription
xxxx@run.itellicadms.com. Repair by updating the subscription or re-
installing the container.

It has been a few months since I last ran IntelliCAD. Any advice?

Update 1:
I installed the newest version of the turbo client from the CMS IntelliCAD download page, and now I get this error:

TURBO.NET
Error: Unable to retrieve cms/intellicad from https://app.turbo.net/users/cms

Update 2:
A complete reinstallation appears to have resolved the issue. This is the second time I have had to completely uninstall and reinstall this application in less than a year. I have better things to do with my time.

Is anyone else randomly encountering the need to completely reinstall CMS IntelliCAD when they try to use it?
