How can I tell ICAD4PE to put the scroll bars automatically at the program opening? Thank you.

When you select the scroll bars in IntelliCAD it should remember that this is the default when you open IntelliCAD again.

The setting toggle is recorded in the Windows registry. I don't use the scroll bars therefore I haven't checked this out when the versions of IntelliCAD change.

I think it is not in Windows registry, but in a system variable. WNDLSCRL ?
OPen a new drawing, turn on the scrollbars and save the drawing as your template (ICAD.DWG?)
