I use TrueSpace5 for modeling. It imports DXF files. If I draw an object using IntelliCad and save it as DXF asii10 type file sometimes TrueSpace5 loads the object, sometimes not. TS5 will load drawings made using the line tool (polyline) but not those made using the circle, elpise square tools. Why?

I use TrueSpace6. What are your dxf import settings? I have not had many problems importing a simple 2D or 3D drawing.

I believe that ellipses need to be drawn with polylines and not as "true ellipses".

Polylines may need to have a "zero" width to import.
