reinstall on the same working installation. (Add new language)

What appens to license if I reinstall on the same computer on a working licenced installation ?
The installer dialog ask two options: "repair" and "uninstall".
I did a complete installation, but the language pack does not appear in config.
Then I want to reinstall to be sure about the selected features.
Is required to unistall the license and then reactivate using the tool ?
