How to install CMS_Icad_10.0x64_PE+_setup.exe?

Newbie here. I'm trying to install on Windows 10. Is it capable of installing on Windows 10? It just runs for a few seconds and then just disappears.
That seems to be weird behavior.
Did it actually install and it fails to keep running in demo mode? or are you're can't complete the install?
