new user prerequisites question for CMS IntelliCAD 9.1/9.2 PE

I purchased CMS IntelliCAD 9.1/9.2 PE today and at the download page it says:
Prerequisites:
1) Artisan for IntelliCAD rendering software
2) GEO Coordinate System Dictionaries
Do I take that to mean I need to install those 2 modules before I install IntelliCAD?? Thanks.
