parameter in sds_defun()

Is there any way to define a sds_defun with params ?
ex: sds_defun(L"c:verify-blockname (list)",int);
i need to call this function from lisp passing a list as parameter.
ex: sds_defun(L"c:verify-blockname (list)",int);
