Are there any plans to implement a drawing recover routine similiar to ACAD??

This would be very helpful. I currently have "problem" files (will plot some entities in color even though not assigned to). The only workaround is to copy or write block the drawing entities to a new drawing (is time consuming when using both paper and model spaces), sometimes this does not even work.

Any other workarounds or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Go to Print Dialog.

Select Color/Width Tab.

Set All Output Colors to Black.

Select Advanced Tab

Configuration File select Save

Name your file something like Black Only

This may take care of your problem because it appears the drawing files have a plotting file attached that over-ride your print settings or could have an output set.
