David,

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with our email. Please let me know which address you have been sending your email to so that I can make sure the problem is solved. I have been receiving mail from usingms@etoolbox.com so please send all mail to that address until the trouble is sorted out. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
