I wish to be able to put dimension text any place. I do not want the leader lines to follow the text. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the program allows it but on
reloading the program the text goes back to the default positions. Some times the dimension style will change back to the default. I am frustrated.
