Windows 10 stop

Just purchased CMS Intellicad 10 PE +.
I am an experienced AutoCAD user and i am looking for affordable replacement.
For test i open many existing DWG. No problem as long as they do not have any xrefs.
When i open dwg with xrefs, document open properly, but after a few second, just moving or clicking around, Windows 10 stop and goes into "RESTART".
Has anyone got similar problem?
I will keep trying different drawings. see what happens.
