Hi, I have a license problem where when I check the license information in your activation page (http://register.intellicadms.com/regist ... ation.aspx) it says: "Error: ActSvr: All activations are used up!" , I have not used that code in any other machine, I received an error when I tried entering the activation key in wrog field, I'm supposed to have a "Perpetual 1 User license running 2 Systems" , but it is not in 2 systems, so user cannot install it in his laptop.
when I first activated it it said showed me one reg id (I have ithandy in case you need it), then when I noticed it was showing that I had 2 of 2 used, I deactivated it hoping I could fix it by activating again, so I started the activation again and it showed me a different reg_id this time (which I have also taken note of) , then after activating it again it still showed me 2 of 2 where used. how is this possible if it is the same system?
what can I do to fix this please help, I need this user to have the other activation in his laptop.
