License issue

My hard drive went tits up, lost all data and icad, sent email for help, no reply. Any advice.

I assume you want help with re-installing Intellicad software on a new HD.

You will need to login to your account (purchases) in there you should be able to see you purchase history. Here you should be able to re-download and also manage your old license such that you can re-install on what will be a new computer.

Sorry if that is a bit vague but it's a long time since I had to do that myself.

You're able to download the installer if you have a license for the most recent version. Since 2008 we do not keep copies of outdated installers, otherwise users would have to be on a subscription plan in order to get continuous support.

If users do not have a license for the latest version, then it's possible to upgrade at our online store.

That's how users get support for such support requests.

You can also send an email to our registration support if needed. We always provide a reply.
