match properties

On my upgrade install of 8.0 Premium, whenever I use the match properties command, icon, etc, I get an error message that says "the string ID 78739 "settings~_settings" was not found in the resource file'.
If I click OK on the error message box, the command will work though. I use this command dozens of times a day and cannot accept the constant error messages. Any help?
