After logging in and > profile, and changing a few items in the profile, I get "Sorry, but your answer is NOT correct." I don't know what I am supposed to answer. For password, I enter the same as I login with.
Main thing trying to change is E-mail address. The ISP is now windstream.net. User name is the same.
