The problem is now solved in the way that I've decided against intellicad and am using other software to work with dwg.

That's the preview, I don't have that either. Not a problem for me though.

These are thumbnails.
Pretty much all software saves one in their document (if you tell them to), but I'm now suspecting that IntelliCad doesn't have that ability.

Thanks for your reply sln8458, and let me apologize for being a bit unclear. The question was how to tell Intellicad to include a thumbnail icon in each saved file. But you are of course correct in that that you also need to select a view in Windows file explorer that shows thumbnails. Since I asked...

Just installed CMS Intellicad 11.1x64 Premium Edition Plus on a Windows 11 machine for evaluation.
