I downloaded and installed the free version 3D Fusion. Imported a DXF of the closed profile and rotation axis and created the 3D model and exported it to an STL file from there.

Tried doing the run as administrator, but it did not help. I've un-installed ICad, ran CCleaner to clean up the registry, and then reinstalled the latest ICad version, but the problem persists.
