If I draw a circle and then draw a line through it trim half circle away and trim the diameter part of the straight line away. Is there away to select the objects and creat a polyline?

I would like to find a utility for exporting coordinates (xyz) to notepad. And to import coordinates (xyz) form notepad or excel. any sugestions on where to find such utility? thank you
