We should have a fix soon. Please check for an update at the CMS IntelliCAD HELP menu > Check for updates feature.
Please make sure to uninstall 9.1 version, reboot your system and only then install the CMS IntelliCAD update.

When updating, make to firstly UNINSTALL , reboot the system and only then install the software update.

If you're experiencing crashes while running CMS IntelliCAD Cloud (Easy Run) then just uninstall all CMS IntelliCAD software and turbo.net plugin. When opening a .dwg file that may have objects or blocks created in otherCAD it's recommended to run the AUDIT command and fix the issues that are presented.

Your system need to be updated . Make sure you do that at the Windows settings > Update and security.

In case of software failure you have/had also the option to send us an email to a specific email address available at https://intellicadms.com contacts.

This should be a graphics card related issue.
Are you running a NVIDIA, AMD ir Intel graphics card? NVIDIA GeForce and AMD grpahics cards are recommended.
Again, please run the graphics device benchmark at the CMS IntelliCAD Help menu and report it.
