Render and Lighting Errors

I just received Intellicad PE+ ver 5.1 and am getting the following errors:

Error loading Lighting Dialog; contact technical support for assistance.
Error loading Render Settings Dialog; contact technical support for assistance.

Any help would be much appreciated.
