Where you want it's not important. I archiv it in my 3D Objects folder in "3DPointCloud" directory.
But you can unzip it near your IntelliCAD file. Attach a Point Cloud is the same as Import an image.

As far as we can track, there's no rcp file at the points cloud file sample. We've run a quick test and we can import .rcp files as underlays. With the video there are one .rpc file with a support folder with .rps files I understood to place the .rpc file in the support folder and now that's work! ...
