Thanks. I would try to reinstall print to PDF, but I've somehow lost it and can't seem to find a place from which to re-load it.

When trying to print a drawing, I often receive an error message stating "The parameter is incorrect." It's the first thing that comes up after I hit the print button. There's no indication of which parameter is incorrect.

Any thoughts on what's causing this?

Reading various posts, I think I need to do the following steps. 1. since I have the dongle license, I don't need to deactivate the license 2. go to Windows Apps & Features and uninstall CMS Intellicad 11.1 3. with the dongle installed on the computer, run CMS_Icad_11....

Performed the repair.

It's now back to another problem I've seen before. As soon as I press Print, I now get an error message (red circle with White X) "The Parameter is Incorrect."
