I'm trying to open files from a network drive using version 13.0 and it tells me they are being used and can only be opened as read-only when I know they are not in use

Does anyone know how I can import a acad2000 .arg file into Icad? I'm trying to finally make the switch away from acad after upgrading PC to Win10 making make acad2000 pretty much unusable...
