I created something in VBA some time ago when I was still using ICAD 2001. You can find at http://www.hydrologica.hu/ukicad.html direct shortcut: http://www.hydrologica.hu/layersb.zip I does "SAVE and RETRIEVE your set of visible layers". These commands can be accessed with these shortcuts...

Autodesk has indeed products that allow you to plot DWG drawings. They recently released Volo View 3 ($99), which includes a module 'Volo Plot Module 2004'. This is the native Autocad 2004 Plot engine, so including all native customisations and support for PC3 files. You can import existing pcp and ...

roscoe, I can't be of any direct help, but I would suggest you post your problem on the Cadopia forum as well (www.cadopia.com). Cadopia is a reseller of Intellicad too. They have bundled their compilation with Rhino/Flamingo. Despite that their forum is generally less responsive as this one, you mi...

Hi IanO! 1. No, I don't think you've been naive. I myself found out that when ICAD4 came out most resellers had the same demo available and if you hadn't followed the development of ICAD a bit, you would have no clue to what would be the right choice. 2. ProgoSoft recently send me a full IntelliCAD ...

Indeed css asked this question as well: Can I create and store my VBA projects in more than one file and handle these as add-ins? Some distributions of IntelliCAD come with a passwo...

Hi ssc, Maybe we can work it out together. I actually assume it is not yet implemented. http://intellicadms.com/ubb/biggrin.gif (probably since the release of ICAD 98 no development with VBA has been carried out). First we should realise three windows (Macros, Add-In Manager and Security) are native...

How to create an add-in?

Hello all,

Does any-one know what the format of an VBA Add-in for IntelliCAD 4 is supposed to be? The help file is not very helpfull in this aspect.

If it is a simple .vbi file, then how do I register it so it becomes available in the Add-in manager?

Thanks! Gerrit

AHM, That is not possible. What you could do is define the position of your form in the properties window. You can set 'StartUpPosition' to '0 - Manual' add add custom values to the fields 'Left' and 'Top' (I've created a Layer SpeedBar for IntelliCAD 3.3. It includes the abilities you are making. Y...

Since a TIFF file is a picture file (a bitmap) you cannot edit it in IntelliCAD. If you own the PE or PE plus version you'll be able to import the TIFF file as a image with the menu-command 'Insert Image' (or 'ieimage' at the command line). One might want to use a TIFF file as a background picture t...
