This is interesting, I have not heard of it before. Does the Wishblade software use bitmap files also, based on your comment about using the clipboard? Is the knife driven to turn for corners/curves or does it "float"? Do you know how accurate it is over the 39" max. page length? Thanks

In IntelliCAD, I do not know how much control you have over converting a spline or other parametric surface to a mesh. It may be better to construct your objects as facetted from the start. You'll have to try it both ways I think to find the best/fastest method.
