Image Disappearing

I have a jpeg2000 image in a drawing. Whenever the drawing auto saves or I select a manual save the image disappears. The box outline is still there but I cannot see the image. I have to close the drawing and open it again.
Anyone else come across this?

Edit Polyline

Whenever I select a polyline to edit a dialogue box comes up near the mouse pointer with "Stretch Add Vertex and Remove Vertex".
Is there any way to stop this appearing?

Thanks, but I cannot find any.lsp files.
I have done a search but none appear on anywhere.

I am new to Intellicad. I have loaded V8.1 to two PC's. On one I have set the startup so that the grid(F&) does not appear. On the other I cannot get it to hold that setting.
