A wine-friendly version (currently in beta) is being developed by Bricscad. I don't know if/when this work will become available to other Intellicad vendors. I have tried the Bricscad wine version on Fedora, but I don't consider it working for a production environment. It is much too sluggish, unusa...

Vlisp functions are not supported in Intellicad. The only way to "enhance" standard autolisp is through doslib functions. Doslib can be downloaded from ftp://ftp2.mcneel.com/pub/doslib/doslib4.exe
The doslib4.dll file is built for Intellicad.

The latest (5.0.0018) Bricscad release has fixed an important problem for layer management routines, the lisp entmod function calls a full regen of the drawing for each layer manipulated. This makes restoring layer states unbearably slow. In fact I have a save/restore layers routine more or less com...

I suppose the image format has to be tif, otherwise I would suggest .png. You could try a different pdf printer, Pdfcreator:
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfil ... p_id=57796
There's both a 0.7.1 and a beta 0.8 version available.

I had this problem some time ago, I think I fixed it in the printer driver settings. Try to update the driver and/or look for a setting related to processing raster information.

Do you get the hatch dialog box this way? If so you can select solid as hatch pattern directly. If you dont, you should type bhatch on commandline instead.

The quoted text is outdated (as is large parts of the help file).

If you are using the bhatch command with true solid hatch you should not have a problem with performance, my experience is the entities produced are quite lightweight. If you are using the old hatch command to produce pseudo-solid (very dense line) patterns (like in Acad 13 and before) you will have...

Did you try to set DWGCODEPAGE in Intellicad to the same value as in Acad?

If you are using regular shx fonts, maybe they miss the characters you need. You can use Autocad fonts too, just copy them to the Intellicad font folder.

I don't think so. Why do you consider Vector superior to the native hatch command?

There is no draworder table yet in Intellicad, meaning it is not stored between sessions. The best you can do is probably something like this (assign to a custom toolbar button):

DRAWORDER;PRO;TYPE;HATCH;;BACK

At least it speeds up the operation a bit

1. Do you mean extended intersection snap? If so, this is already implemented in another Intellicad version and should be in the next CMS version. 2. The software is still quite young. Expect to see less of this in the future as stability is always top priority. Also, I would not recommend running I...

I believe you get what you pay for. Unlike CMS, Bricscad are actively developing the core product, and their updates are much more frequent than CMS' (approx. bimonthly vs. approx. annually so far). Obviously, development costs money and their version is also more expensive. CMS development seems mo...

This can be a problem with some graphics adapters - at least it used to be with older Intellicad versions. Try reducing hardware acceleration on your display adapter to see if it makes the problem go away. Go to Windows Control Panel>Display>Settings>Advanced and look around for the slider which con...
