Yes Ive tried all those methods, scroll wheel on mouse, the buttons and hitting the buttons. Nothing is working.

I assume you have tried the zoom in button? You can also zoom in/out via the scroll wheel,=# have you tried that? Stev

Yes. That is the build no. And yes, I do see the Zoom In and Zoom out buttons in the top left corner next to the Print
